We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Postgraduate Programs Manager will involve:

• Build on and foster awareness of IE University in Spain. 
• Participate in appropriate recruitment & enrollment activities, including fairs, local or regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, etc. 
• Plan, manage & implement business development and commercial activities to promote IE’s Master and Executive Education programs. 
• Increase the number of applications to develop a healthy, steady pipeline of candidates. 
• Develop new sales & marketing channels along with strategic partnerships with companies, institutions, and associations to promote IE’s Master and Executive Education Programs. 
• Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and program offerings. 
• Coordinate with various IE departments to maximize the institution’s recognition. 
• Build a network of contacts to promote & strengthen the IE University brand. 

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• An MBA or a Master’s degree from IE University or another leading school 
• Up to three years of professional experience in marketing, communications, business development, and/or sales. 
• Proficiency in Spanish and english is fundamental. Knowledge of other European languages would be beneficial. 
• Experience in an international environment. 
• Proven communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive. 
• Must exhibit strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style. 
• Analytical and numerical skills. 
• Must be strategic, innovative, creative, and embrace new approaches and technology 
• Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude. 
• The position requires travel, mainly within Spain, including overnight stays away from Madrid.  
• Legal authorization to work in Spain
