About this role
Role Overview
KKday is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the Thailand market’s owned channels. This role will report to a CRM Team Lead to drive traffic, improve user engagement, and boost conversion for the Thailand market.
Key Responsibilities
- Localise marketing materials and content to ensure they are relevant, clear, and engaging for Thai users.
- Manage and update KKday owned-channel assets, including homepage, category pages, product pages, CRM placements, KKday Thai social media and other web and app placements.
- Liaise with HQ and BD teams to identify suitable deals based on Thailand market needs to improve conversion rate.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including owned, earned, and paid media teams, to ensure traffic exposure and campaign alignment.
- Support coupon setup for SEA and Thailand market-level campaigns, including promo code creation, checking, and tracking.
- Use AI tools to support marketing content creation as a guideline and localize to meet Thai market needs.
- Track basic campaign performance data, including traffic, clicks, CTR, conversion, coupon usage, and bookings, and share simple insights for improvement.
- Support growth marketing operations for the SEA market when needed.
Requirements
- Based in Thailand, or highly familiar with the Thailand market.
- Related background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 year)
- Good understanding of web, in-app, CRM & SNS.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Data-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Thai consumer behavior, local travel trends, holidays, and promotional periods is an advantage.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
- Fluent in Thai and English; Chinese is an advantage.
