Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to lead campaign strategy and execution across the full marketing funnel. This role owns the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and increase market engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic and data-driven marketer with a strong track record of developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns. They embrace AI and emerging technologies as key enablers of marketing success, leveraging them to improve efficiency, enhance personalization, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy across digital, email, events, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and other key channels.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.

  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies aligned to key buyer personas and stages of the customer journey.

  • Collaborate closely with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure message alignment and campaign effectiveness.

  • Leverage AI tools to support campaign planning, personalization, content creation, audience targeting, and optimization.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Own campaign KPIs, including marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

  • Analyze performance data and marketing metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.

  • Utilize AI-driven analytics and automation to improve forecasting, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.

  • Communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and insights to key stakeholders.

Sales Alignment

  • Partner closely with Sales teams to align on pipeline objectives, lead quality standards, and follow-up processes.

  • Support sales enablement efforts by providing campaign insights, messaging recommendations, and go-to-market support.

  • Improve lead management processes and optimize lead handoff workflows to increase conversion rates.

Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Champion the use of AI and automation to enhance scalability, efficiency, and marketing performance.

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies that support demand generation success.

  • Foster a test-and-learn approach by continuously experimenting with messaging, channels, targeting, and campaign tactics.

  • Balance automation with strategic oversight to maintain brand quality and customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and return on marketing investment.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on demand generation.

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve marketing performance and productivity.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar solutions.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within fintech, financial services, banking technology, or SaaS organizations.

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.

  • Experience managing large-scale demand generation programs across multiple marketing channels.

  • Strong understanding of buyer journey mapping, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
