Marketing Strategist
About this role
Â
About the PracticeÂ
We are a large, established dermatology clinic with 9 locations, serving a broad patient population across medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Our practice is growing and we are investing in building a strong, data-driven marketing function to match our clinical reputation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a multi-location healthcare brand at a pivotal moment of growth.Â

This is both a strategic and hands-on role — you will set the direction and execute on it.Â
Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Marketing Strategy & PlanningÂ

- Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to leadershipÂ
Â
Social Media & Content MarketingÂ
- Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedInÂ
- Oversee creation of engaging, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant content that educates patients and builds brand trustÂ
- Coordinate with clinical teams to highlight providers, services, before-and-after content, and patient educationÂ
- Monitor social engagement, community management, and brand reputation across all location profilesÂ
- Manage or collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers as neededÂ
Â
Paid AdvertisingÂ
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platformsÂ
- Manage advertising budgets across all 9 locations, ensuring efficient spend and strong return on ad investmentÂ
- Develop location-specific and service-specific ad campaigns targeting relevant patient demographicsÂ
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments to improve resultsÂ
- Produce clear ROI reporting and attribution analysis for leadership reviewÂ
Â
SEO & Website ManagementÂ
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic visibility for all practice locationsÂ
- Oversee local SEO including Google Business Profile optimization for each of the 9 locationsÂ
- Collaborate with web developers or vendors to ensure the website is optimized for search, user experience, and patient conversionÂ
- Monitor website analytics, traffic trends, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search ConsoleÂ
- Ensure all web content is current, accurate, and reflective of services offered at each locationÂ
Â
Email Marketing & CRMÂ
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for patient acquisition, re-engagement, and retentionÂ
- Build and manage segmented patient email lists in compliance with HIPAA and applicable marketing regulationsÂ
- Automate patient communication workflows including appointment reminders, post-visit follow-ups, and seasonal promotionsÂ
- Track email campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metricsÂ
Â
Brand Management & ConsistencyÂ
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging standards across all 9 locations and marketing channelsÂ
- Develop marketing templates, brand guidelines, and resources for use across the practiceÂ
- Review and approve all external-facing marketing materials for brand compliance and clinical accuracyÂ
- Support new location openings with launch marketing plans and local awareness campaignsÂ
Â
Reputation Management & Patient ReviewsÂ

- Develop strategies to encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews and respond professionally to feedbackÂ
- Track Net Promoter Score and patient satisfaction trends in coordination with clinical operationsÂ
Â

- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementÂ
- Deliver monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports to leadership with actionable insightsÂ
Â
Required QualificationsÂ
