Job Description
- At-least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- Must have design implementation and operational experience with middleware technologies - Weblogic, WebSphere, Jboss, Tomcat & Message Brokers, Message Queues.
- Basic knowledge in shell scripting
- Knowledgeable in application log management (Server logs, thread/heap dumps)
- Able to handle multiple, complex, short term projects and incidents simultaneously
- Experience using automated monitoring tools like Nagios.
- Ability to identify incident trends and problem tasks trends in order to elevate the same in accordance with standard protocols.
- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
