To support flexibility and attract exceptional clinicians, we offer two compensation models for our therapy team members: Hourly Compensation or Pay-Per-Visit (PPV). Each model is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and growth while maintaining consistency in patient care.

- A traditional 40-hour work week
- Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday, or
- Four 10-hour days for a longer weekend

What You’ll Do
- Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children reach meaningful milestones
- Turn therapy into fun, engaging experiences through play-based activities
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, well-rounded care
Requirements
- Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Active Texas OT license
- A passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun
Physical Requirements
- Move, play, and engage with children throughout the day
- Lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning
- Transition between sitting, standing, kneeling, and more
- Use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs
