Job Description

We are seeking an office assistant to with a passion for coffee. This position will  help support our five cafe locations, along with wholesale customer support and online and phone orders. The ideal candidate will assist with taking orders, invoicing, creating shipping labels, communicating customer needs, and inventory as well as other tasks that come along.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of previous office/clerical experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel and Quickbooks required; understanding or experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator a plus
  • Must be able to engage with clients both over the phone and in person
  • Prompt self-starter at The Hill location from 9-5 +/- Monday through Friday
  • Great interpersonal phone skills
  • Self-starter that is able to work in an office setting as well as be available for any tasks that come their way
  • Be able to work in both a team environment as well as independently 
  • Coffee enthusiast is highly preferred and barista experience a PLUS but not required
  • Occasionally help with special events after hours or on weekends

This is a full time position, salary is negotiable depending on experience.  We offer benefits for full time employees as well as free coffee when you're here and a discount on food, whole bean, and merchandise.
