About the Role
We are a fast-growing deep-tech startup seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations
Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoysΒ creating order, managing administrative processes, and helping leadership stay focused on
strategic priorities.
You will work directly with the founder to manage operational workflows, coordinate onboarding
activities, maintain documentation, and ensure important tasks are completed efficiently and
professionally.
Key Responsibilities
β Manage and organize company documents, folders, and operational records
β Maintain and administer systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Gusto
β Monitor and manage operational inboxes and workflows
β Take ownership of routine operational requests and administrative tasks
β Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
β Follow up with new hires and internal stakeholders to collect required information and
documentation
β Manage various company portals and administrative systems
β Prioritize and route incoming requests appropriately
β Track outstanding actions and ensure timely completion
β Support process improvements and operational efficiencies where appropriate
