The Partner Coordinator builds and maintains strong relationships with key partners and vendors to maximize the value of their programs, including tiering, rebates, programs and Market Development Funds (MDF). This role supports revenue growth by coordinating partner engagement, ensuring program requirements and agreements are current, and driving efficient MDF planning, execution, and claims to deliver measurable ROI.Â
Partner RelationshipsÂ
- Develop OEM Partner Relationships with a set number of partners and vendorsÂ
- Advocate the OEM partner solutions to salesÂ
- Manage onsite visits with partnersÂ
- Maintain a regular cadence with partners monthly or quarterly Â
Partner and Vendor Tiering and RebatesÂ
- Document the current tiering level of each OEM partner assignedÂ
- Determine what is needed to maintain and/or move to the next levelÂ
- Work with the certification team to identify certifications required and key deadlinesÂ
- Request signed agreements between iT1 and partners to determine if they are current or when due for renewalÂ
Partner MDFÂ
- Manage MDF for assigned OEM partnersÂ
- Understand these programs and the parametersÂ
- Identify new opportunities for MDF by leading with value proposition of our Partner activitiesÂ
-  Lead with value and find activities to impact ROIÂ
- Sell and support activitiesÂ
- Gather POP and ROI post-activity for claiming Â
- Grow MDF revenue through key programs and successful ROIÂ
- Efficient claiming process to maintain a net 45 payment from date of activity Â
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Â
- 1 year of vendor or partner experienceÂ
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for managing and completing tasksÂ
- Demonstrated experience with time management Â
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, written, and verbal Â
- Excellent organization, and multitasking skills Â
- Preferred: Experience with CRM Systems (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)Â
- Preferred: Proficiency with Monday.com or similar work management systemsÂ
