Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Borger, Texas

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. Our goal is to help children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care.
Your Role
• Provide hands-on pediatric therapy focused on gross motor development, balance, coordination, strength, and mobility
• PTs evaluate patients and develop treatment plans; PTAs implement treatment plans under the supervision of a PT
• Use play-based, engaging interventions to support progress and participation
• Document patient care accurately in Raintree EMR
• Partner with families and caregivers to support progress at home
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other interdisciplinary team members
- PT: Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program with active or eligible state license
- PTA: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with active or eligible state license
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care
