Pediatric RN / LVN – Nights / Trach, Vent, G-Tube / Private Duty / Tomball Area
LVN: $23–$28/hr. | RN: $31–$38/hr. (based on acuity)
Pediatric Cases – Consistent Hours Available
Reliant Healthcare Group is actively hiring RNs and LVNs with trach, ventilator, and G-tube experience to provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care for pediatric patients in the home.
We offer consistent, long-term cases with stable scheduling — ideal for nurses who want reliable hours and meaningful patient relationships.
Current Open Cases Include
- Trach & Vent patients (high acuity)
- G-tube dependent pediatric patients
- Day, night, and weekend shifts available
- Full-time and part-time options
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Manage trach, ventilator, and feeding tube care
- Follow individualized plans of care
- Educate and support families
- Complete EMR documentation
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Active RN or LVN license (Texas)
- Trach & Vent experience REQUIRED
- G-tube experience REQUIRED
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
