About Our Clinic

At TEAM Rehabilitation Southgate, we are a therapist-led outpatient clinic committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based care, mentorship, and collaboration. Our clinicians have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while developing advanced skills across multiple specialty areas.

Our clinic has a strong orthopedic and post-operative foundation, treating patients following ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, total joint replacement, fractures, sports injuries, and a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. We are proud to offer a broad range of specialty services that allow clinicians to expand their skillset while providing comprehensive care to our community.

Specialty Programs & Clinical Opportunities

Vestibular RehabilitationWork with patients experiencing dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments, concussion-related symptoms, and vestibular dysfunction. Clinicians have the opportunity to develop advanced assessment and treatment skills while helping patients regain confidence and independence in their daily lives.

LSVT BIGTreat individuals with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions through evidence-based movement programs designed to improve gait, balance, mobility, and overall function. Therapists gain valuable neurological rehabilitation experience while making a meaningful impact on patient quality of life.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) TrainingUtilize BFR as part of post-operative and strength rehabilitation programs to improve muscle performance, accelerate recovery, and optimize outcomes while minimizing joint stress and loading demands.

Work Conditioning & Return-to-Work ProgramsDevelop individualized programs focused on job-specific strengthening, endurance training, lifting mechanics, work simulation activities, and functional progression to safely return patients to their occupational demands.

Dry NeedlingWork alongside clinicians trained in dry needling and learn how this intervention can be incorporated into comprehensive treatment plans to address pain, mobility restrictions, muscle dysfunction, and movement impairments.

• Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
• Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
• Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.
• Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
