What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
- Adjust controls and processes to meet quality and production targets
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards or issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance and troubleshoot challenges

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial or plant equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and operational accuracy

Conditions of Employment
