About this role
Powder Coat Technician
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team as a Powder Coat Technician. No prior experience needed—we provide all necessary training. As a Powder Coat Technician, you will work in our Finishing department to help finish and protect or fabricated steel and aluminum products with high-quality powder coating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal parts for coating, including cleaning and masking
- Apply powder coating to products using spray equipment
- Operate ovens and follow proper curing processes
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in other production or finishing tasks as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications & Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warm environment near industrial ovens
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
