Reporting to the CTO and leading a team of Staff Engineers, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, influencing strategy while scaling our most critical engineering systems and practices. We are looking for a strategic leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and genuinely values mentoring the next generation of engineering talent to maintain a high bar for quality.
