Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a  Principal Specialist- Value Stream Program Manager (PM) to oversee a program area within the Global ISR Sensors & Software business unit.Â
You will assist Program Managers in development and production efforts for both Domestic (US) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. This position will be ONSITE in Westford, MA.
What You Will Do Â
Assist in management of all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable performanceÂ
Perform risk and opportunity (R&O) management, to include program revenue and profit recognition, to minimize risk to the organizationÂ
Be accountable for profit and loss, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial metric reviewsÂ
Develop and review cost proposals and conduct management reviews for approvalÂ
Regularly interface with internal partners across the Raytheon business and external suppliers/customers at both domestic and international locations Â
Expect to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time Â
What You Will Learn

SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables
Qualifications You Must Have
A bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering or a similar discipline with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experienceÂ
Prior program/project management experience preferredÂ
Prior Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience preferredÂ
Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceÂ

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
