Responsibilities
DEINE AUFGABEN:
- Du berätst nationale & internationale Unternehmen zu den Themen KI und Digitalisierung mit Verständnis für Technik und IT
- Du übernimmst eine Führungsrolle im Competence Center KI von Arthur D. Little
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Auf- und Ausbau von KI-Angeboten sowie der aktiven Mitgestaltung unserer Marktpositionierung
- Du leitest anspruchsvolle KI-Transformationsprojekte bei nationalen und internationalen Kunden
- Du steuerst Projektteams und bist verantwortlich für Qualität, Zeit und Budget
- Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden und Projekte und entwickelst belastbare Beziehungen auf Top-Management-Ebene weiter
- Du bist Mentor*in für jüngere Kolleg*innen
Qualifications
DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Du begeisterst dich für Digitalisierung, Innovation und Technik
- Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung im Auf- und Ausbau von KI in Unternehmen
- Du verfügst über technisch fundiertes Verständnis von KI und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten
- Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung in den genannten Themenfeldern, in der Industrie oder bei einer Unternehmensberatung
- Du hast einen sehr guten Studienabschluss und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Themen und Fragestellungen
- Du hast Leadership-Erfahrung
- Du denkst analytisch und handelst pragmatisch
- Du arbeitest gerne in dynamischen Teams
- Du hast umfangreiche Auslandserfahrung
- Du bist kommunikationsstark
- Du reist gerne
