Overview

Product Intallation Representative 

The Representative, Product Installation is responsible for ensuring timely shipments of all inter-territorial shipments to Canon Canada’s Dealer Channel. This position maintains good dealer relations through timely processing of rebate claims, while ensuring compliance and validity of these claims.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintaining all shipment tracking numbers and help resolve all lost or damaged shipments
• Entering all shipment data into tracking workbooks
• Coordinating inter-territorial shipments of product between dealer channels throughout Canada
• Reviewing and assessing dealer rebate claims against a set of predetermined rules. Either promote to management, decline the claim, or bounce the claim back to the dealer
• Compiling various reports for the monthly Senior Management meetings
• Reviewing Direct Sales disbursements to the indirect channels

Qualifications

To Succeed, You Will Need:

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience
• Intermediate analytical skills to review and validate dealer rebate claims against established rules
• Intermediate computer/technical skills to use pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formulas in Excel
• Intermediate time management/multi-tasking skills to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders during month-end, while meeting all deadlines

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
• Compensation Range $ 47,700 to 51,500 annually.
