- Program opinion surveys using our user-friendly platform.
- Use data testing in excel to ensure that all programming scenarios are set up correctly.
- Be responsive as needs of the survey change throughout the day.
- Withhold and promote company's Quality of Standards.
- Setting up and managing daily quotas.
- Providing advice on survey programming and quotas.
- Being responsive and anticipating needs/requests.
- Segmenting general population into demographic groups.
- Understanding of data and statistical analysis.
- Ensuring data integrity, questioning the data and producing error free reports.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or JAVA scripts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Eager and willing to learn new skills and techniques.
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to solve problems.
- Schedule flexibility.
Schedules:
- Full availability required: Monday - Friday until 9:00PM EST.
