Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Responsibilities
Provides patient services using imaging modalities for simulation and xray therapy equipment to treat patients for malignancies and pain. Applies principles of radiation protection while operating equipment to both localize treatment volume and the delivery of prescribed dosage in accordance with treatment plan. Documents components of the therapeutic care process in a concise, legible format consistent with departmental standards, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Graduate of radiation therapy program required.
2. American Registry of Radiation Therapy Technology certification required.
3. Previous experience desired.
4. Current BLS.
5. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
