Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension)
⢠High School degree
⢠Minimum of 5 years Administrative Assistant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
⢠Experience working within an HR or Recruitment department.
⢠Demonstrates knowledge in various software programs for recruiting, talent management and vendor management as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Sharepoint.
⢠Skilled at responding to complex inquires from internal and external candidate(s) using proper judgment and initiative to ensure critical issues are handled appropriately
⢠Discretion and confidence to deal with people at all levels, internal and external to the company, with flexibility in working style.
⢠Experience in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment.
⢠Well organized, able to prioritize work and manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
⢠Demonstrates attention to detail.
⢠Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
Responsibilities:
⢠Provides primary recruitment administrative support for various level/ roles.
⢠Supports recruiters in candidate search and resume screening.
⢠Supports diversity conference planning.
⢠Regularly works with and/or has access to sensitive/confidential information where a high level of discretion is required
⢠Provide support throughout recruitment process.
