What YOU Will Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
- Demonstrate a full understanding of refrigeration principles
- Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients.
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes to stay updated on the latest technologies.
- Be available for on-call duty as required.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
What We Need From YOU:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial refrigeration experience
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Experience with BAS/DDC controls (a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Universal EPA Certification
