What Weโ€™re Looking For:

๐Ÿ”น Experience: 2+ years in auto lending or automotive sales, with subprime experience a plus.๐Ÿ”น Sales Skills: Proven track record in outside sales and pipeline management.๐Ÿ”น Communication: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for influencing others.๐Ÿ”น Self-Starter: Ability to thrive independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.๐Ÿ”น Travel Ready: Motivated and organized to manage multiple sales locations.
