HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

• Performs managerial work providing guidance in strategic operations and planning of section.
• Work involves utilizing policy and procedures, establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in meeting section; coordinating and evaluating section activities; reviewing budgets.
• Works under general direction with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
• Coordinates Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services in the outpatient orthopedic and pediatric setting.
• Delivers safe and competent physical therapy as ordered by a physician. Plans, organizes and implements specific treatment programs or individuals’ patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.

Reports: Rehab Director

Supervises: Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapists, Rehabilitation Technicians, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy (Master's or DPT), or Speech Therapy

Required Experience:

• Three (3) years job related experience to include both clinical and supervisory experience.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• Current Licensure in the State of Florida.
