HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

• Provides administrative leadership for patients admitted in specific hospital areas in accordance with individual resident rotations.
• Performs clinical staff pharmacist duties. Accountable for American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year 2 (PGY2) Pharmacy Residencies goals and objectives.
• Works collaborative with TMH Pharmacy Services senior leadership.
• Leads process improvement projects.
• Provides patient care in a collaborative practice clinic.
• Chairs a Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) subcommittee.
• Manages human resources (HR) and financial resources to develop advanced leadership skills.

• Director/Pharmacy or Asst Dir Pharmacy Clin Program

• Pharmacy Technician I 
• Pharmacy Technician II 
• Pharmacy Technician III 
• Pharmacy Technician IV 
• Pharmacist 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school.

Required Experience:

• Completed American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• Licensed as a pharmacist in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Sections 007 through 013, within ninety (90) days post-hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within ninety (90) days post-hire.

Preferred Certification/License/Registry:

• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate awarded by the American Pharmacists Association (APhA)
