Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and maintaining the highest brand standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee compliance with safety, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure timely implementation of company policies.
- People Development: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to build a culture of success.
- Drive Results: Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize store performance.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
- Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid proof of automobile insurance.
- Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.

Salary for this position is targeted at $85,000 DOE
