Job Description
Weâre looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales CRM Coordinator to join our Client, Growth & Strategy division and play a key role in enabling our strategic growth agenda.Â

Your OpportunityÂ
In this role, youâll be at the heart of our Strategic Growth team, supporting the delivery of high-impact initiatives that drive business development and strengthen strategic partnerships.Â
Youâll bring structure, creativity, and coordination to the way we develop and deliver sales content, while acting as the go-to expert for CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365).Â
What Youâll Be Doing
Youâll contribute to our growth strategy by:Â
Owning CRM excellence (Dynamics 365)Â
Acting as the SME for CRM, maintaining data quality, optimising usage, and supporting the team with insights, reporting, and best practice.Â
Driving sales enablementÂ
Supporting the creation and coordination of business development, strategic partnership, and go-to-market (GTM) content, ensuring alignment with key priorities and messaging.Â
Creating compelling sales contentÂ
Developing and maintaining high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and product documentation to support client conversations and growth opportunities.Â
Enabling team capability upliftÂ
Coordinating training, knowledge-sharing, and product insights sessions to uplift capability across the Strategic Growth team.Â
Enhancing content accessibility & innovationÂ
Supporting initiatives to improve how content is accessed, including AI-enabled tools for RFPs and due diligence processes.Â
Managing tools and platformsÂ
Overseeing key platforms (CRM, Teams and others), ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and fit-for-purpose.Â
Delivering events and engagementÂ
Organising and coordinating events, workshops, and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and strong engagement.Â
Tracking performance and insightsÂ
Supporting reporting and dashboards, analysing feedback and metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and impact.Â
Ensuring operational and compliance excellenceÂ
Acting as a Line 1 control, identifying and managing risks while ensuring all activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Â
Qualifications
What Youâll BringÂ
Youâre a highly organised and proactive professional with a strong foundation in sales operations or coordination, and a passion for enabling high-performing teams.Â
Core Experience & Skills:Â
5+ yearsâ experience in a sales operations, sales support, or administrative roleÂ
Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (experience with Dynamics 365 highly regarded)Â
Familiarity with sales reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or TableauÂ
Solid understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and performance metricsÂ
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentÂ
Technical Capability:Â
Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointÂ
Comfortable working with systems, tools, and data to drive insights and efficiencyÂ
Desirable:Â
Understanding of the payment industry - Issuing & Acquiring (highly regarded)
Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)Â
Basic understanding of financial principles related to sales performanceÂ
