As we continue to grow, weβre looking for a driven, sales-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results.
Drive Enrollment Growth
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems
Customer Relationship Building
- Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
- Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
- Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience
Sales Execution
- Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
- Overcome objections and close enrollments
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
Bilingual Customer Support
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
- Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and program teams
- Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings

- Ability to build rapport with families β You can talk to parents with ease, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills β Youβre great with people, clear in your message, and comfortable speaking with both adults and kids.
- Fluent in English and Spanish β You can confidently communicate with families in both languages.
- Team player who takes initiative β You bring energy to a group but can also work independently and stay focused without micromanagement.
Compensation: Competitive based on experience plus commission structure
