We’re looking for a high-energy SDR/BDR with experience in marketing agencies, performance marketing agencies, digital advertising, media, MarTech, or AdTech environments.
This is a pure hunting role focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline creation for enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate understands how marketing agencies engage brands, pitch growth solutions, and sell performance-led outcomes to enterprise clients.
You’ll work closely with enterprise sales leadership to open conversations with large brands and digital-first businesses for AI-driven, data-led marketing and engagement solutions.
What You’ll Own
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic account targetingÂ
- Generate qualified enterprise meetings and build top-of-funnel pipeline from scratchÂ
- Target and engage CXOs, Marketing Heads, Digital, Growth, CRM, and Performance Marketing leadersÂ
- Research enterprise accounts, campaigns, and business priorities to create personalized outreachÂ
- Position AI-led, data-driven, personalization, automation, engagement, and performance marketing solutionsÂ
- Work closely with Account Executives and leadership on enterprise penetration strategiesÂ
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, outreach tracking, and conversion metricsÂ
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, sequences, and outbound strategiesÂ

- 1–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Enterprise Lead Generation rolesÂ
