Job Description
- Zorgdragen voor de verwerking van huur/koop aanvragen en het coordineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden;
- Zorgdragen voor het verwerken, muteren en controleren van alle transactiew (facturatie en debiteuren beheer);
- Organiseren van huur/koop werkzaamheden;
- Afhandelen van e-mails en telefoons;
- Dossierbeheer;
- Bewaken van klantenbestand;
- Controleren van betalingen en achterstanden.
Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau is een pre;
- Leergierig
- Goede kennis van MS Office;
- Aantoonbare commerciele kennis en goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Aantoonbare capaciteit om werkzaamheden te kunnen coordineren;
- Aantoonbare analytisch denkvermogen;
- Proactief en sterk klantgericht ingesteld;
- Teamplayer, integer, hands on en pragmatisch;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse, Spaans en Papiamentse taal;
- Flexibel en geen 8 tot 5 mentaliteit;
- In bezit van een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.
