Job Description
- Support Marketing Director and in charge as a Business Unit Head (a key person) who led in driving brand growth and managing brand's product portfolio, exploring new opportunities, and developing brand strategy/direction to meet business objectives
- Manage, lead, supervise, and give guidance to a brand management unit team with at least 3-5 subordinates
- Control Marketing ROI as agreed KPIs and manage/allocate marketing budget effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Develop & implement effective marketing strategies & execution plans to achieve brand objectives with a good understanding in consumer insight
- Manage and lead in New Product Development (NPD) process together with product development team and create product portfolio strategy to meet business objectives
- Build awareness for new product/campaign launch and track campaign & product performances and be prompted to adjust plans in any situations
- Manage and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and create comprehensive reports.
- Carry out market research to keep updated with customer trends, market situations, and competitors.
- Increase ‘Brand Love’ and maintain consistency in branding in all areas of marketing.
- Be able to work and collaborate closely with internal departments i.e. digital marketing, product development, sales, trade marketing, design, procurement, e-commerce etc. to drive product launch plan successfully and manage existing products
- Manage and lead the discussion with external parties (i.e. Agencies, business partners, production houses, organizers, etc.)
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in the position from Cosmetics or FMCG company
