ā¢ Manage and Monitor Autosys job execution
ā¢ Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues to provide root cause analysis and
resolution
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
ā¢ Create and maintain documentation related to production issues and resolutions
ā¢ Implement and maintain processes and procedures to improve production support
ā¢ Coordinate with Devops teams to ensure proper deployment of sprint releases
ā¢ Participate as part of weekend rooster and respond to production issues after business
hours
ā¢ Identify opportunities for process/performance improvements
