Senior Mobile Product Owner

The Role We Need: PadSplit is seeking a Senior Product Owner (Mobile) to lead the development, optimization, and delivery of features across our mobile app experience. This role will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to prioritize work, align stakeholders, and drive measurable impact for both members and hosts. The ideal candidate will help shape a unified product roadmap, translate business objectives into actionable requirements, and ensure teams are delivering high-quality, data-informed outcomes that improve user experience and business performance.   The Person We Are Looking For: We’re looking for a highly organized, metrics-oriented product professional who combines strong execution with thoughtful product judgment. You are comfortable operating across both strategy and delivery, able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and maintain alignment across cross-functional teams. You are customer-focused, collaborative, data curious, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and overall product outcomes. Experience working on mobile applications, marketplace products, or operationally complex systems is strongly preferred.
