In this role, you will provide high-level executive, operational and coordination support to the Hospitality BU Lead, ensuring effective management of leadership time, priorities and executive office operations. Acting as a trusted Executive Assistant and central coordination hub, you will enable seamless alignment, communication, and follow-through across stakeholders, supporting the delivery of business-critical and strategic priorities.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HBU Lead’s diary, ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings and engagementsÂ
- Manage a complex executive diary, ensuring prioritization of strategic, operational and governance commitmentsÂ
- Coordinate travel, including itineraries, logistics and required materialsÂ
- Support preparation for meetings, including agendas, briefing notes and presentationsÂ
- Coordinate meetings and track actions, ensuring timely follow-up and closureÂ
- Maintain a well-organised and professional Executive Office environmentÂ
- Liaise with internal teams (Facilities, IT, Admin) to support day-to-day office needsÂ
- Act as a coordination point for stakeholders, supporting communication and schedulingÂ
- Assist in drafting communications and handling correspondenceÂ
- Maintain documentation, filing systems and recordsÂ
- Handle confidential information with discretionÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Exposure to working with senior stakeholdersÂ
- Experience in a fast-paced or professional environmentÂ
- Strong organisational and diary management skillsÂ
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectivelyÂ
