Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service activities: respond to service-related quote requests (spare parts, upgrades, repairs, etc.), propose innovative solutions, and engage clients through regular meetings and assessments to grow the service business.
  • Manage account performance: drive business growth via planning, track KPIs (orders, budget, win rate), conduct milestone reviews with clients, and share lessons learned.
  • Internal monitoring: Manage the tenders of major accounts as a Bid Manager, Ensure the recording of opportunities in the commercial tool (Salesforce) and the follow-up of opportunities in the commercial tool with the units, the engineering office, the tendering department, and the field service, Monitor the budget and update the forecast on a weekly basis in the CRM (SalesForce), Adhere to internal rules for entering and validating offers with managerial reviews when applicable (GO-NOGO process, R0, R1, R2, RAM, NRE, etc.)
  • Share the future needs of clients with the Product Management team as well as Establish a simplified technical specification with the client’s elements
  • Capitalize on customer experience/coordinate with operations and quoting services of the units in Europe (Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland), Partner with the Digital team (GA) & quarterly sharing of opportunities, Implement quarterly internal reviews on lessons learned and the forecasted workload
     

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, or an equivalent background
  • Strong knowledge of the energy sector is mandatory (Generation, TSO, DSO)
  • Experience in sales, quotation management, or project management within a comparable business is required
  • Solid knowledge of high‑voltage products (20 kV–400 kV) is mandatory, including GIS, AIS, and transformers
  • Knowledge of the service market within energy generation and transmission is an advantage
  • Knowledge of digital products is an advantage (e.g. DGA, various monitoring solutions)
  • Proactive and self‑driven working style
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Hebrew and English both written and spoken, additional languages are an advantage (German, Italian, or French)

Responsabilités :

  • GĂ©rer les activitĂ©s de service client : rĂ©pondre aux demandes de devis liĂ©es au service (pièces de rechange, mises Ă  niveau, rĂ©parations, etc.), proposer des solutions innovantes et fidĂ©liser les clients par le biais de rĂ©unions et d'Ă©valuations rĂ©gulières afin de dĂ©velopper l'activitĂ© de service.
  • GĂ©rer la performance des comptes : stimuler la croissance commerciale par la planification, suivre les indicateurs de performance clĂ©s (commandes, budget, taux de rĂ©ussite), effectuer des revues d'Ă©tapes avec les clients et partager les retours d'expĂ©rience.
  • Suivi interne : GĂ©rer les appels d'offres des grands comptes en tant que Bid Manager, assurer l'enregistrement des opportunitĂ©s dans l'outil commercial (Salesforce) et le suivi des opportunitĂ©s avec les unitĂ©s, le bureau d'Ă©tudes, le service des appels d'offres et le service après-vente sur le terrain. Surveiller le budget et mettre Ă  jour les prĂ©visions chaque semaine dans le CRM (Salesforce). Respecter les règles internes de saisie et de validation des offres avec des revues managĂ©riales le cas Ă©chĂ©ant (processus GO-NOGO, R0, R1, R2, RAM, NRE, etc.).
  • Partager les besoins futurs des clients avec l'Ă©quipe Product Management et Ă©tablir un cahier des charges techniques simplifiĂ© basĂ© sur les Ă©lĂ©ments du client.
  • Capitaliser sur l'expĂ©rience client / coordonner avec les services opĂ©rationnels et de devis des unitĂ©s en Europe (Italie, Espagne, France, Allemagne, Suisse), collaborer avec l'Ă©quipe numĂ©rique (GA) et partager trimestriellement les opportunitĂ©s, mettre en Ĺ“uvre des revues internes trimestrielles sur les retours d'expĂ©rience et la charge de travail prĂ©visionnelle.

Qualifications :

  • DiplĂ´me de Bachelor ou Master en gĂ©nie mĂ©canique, gĂ©nie Ă©lectrique, mĂ©catronique ou domaine connexe, ou formation Ă©quivalente.
  • Solide connaissance du secteur de l'Ă©nergie obligatoire (Production, TSO, DSO).
  • ExpĂ©rience en vente, gestion de devis ou gestion de projet dans un secteur comparable requise.
  • Solides connaissances en produits haute tension (20 kV–400 kV) obligatoires, incluant les postes GIS, AIS et les transformateurs.
  • Une connaissance du marchĂ© du service dans le domaine de la production et du transport d'Ă©nergie est un atout.
  • Une connaissance des produits numĂ©riques est un atout (ex: DGA, diverses solutions de monitoring).
  • CapactĂ© de travailler de maniere proactif et autonome.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  travailler de manière indĂ©pendante.
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication Ă©crite et orale.
  • MaĂ®trise du français et de l'anglais Ă  l'Ă©crit et Ă  l'oral ; la maĂ®trise de langues supplĂ©mentaires est un atout (allemand, italien ou hĂ©breu).
