The Team is responsible for the proactively resolving systemic quality issues in the field. This activity is managed, tracked and reported on through a SharePoint / SQL tool. The tool is being expanded to include other types of issue management / CLCA and Lessons Learned activities as well as automation and financial tracking.Â
The job activity centers on the Development and Maintenance of a SharePoint/SQL based tool that allows program management, execution and financial tracking for all FQM programs and projects.Â
Other activities include but are not limited to:Â
Development of quality tools based on business/ stakeholders requirements, stakeholders feedback, and system possibilitiesÂ
Deployment of individual modules of quality tools according to the time plan and documentationÂ
Provide testing of individual modules before deploymentÂ
Provide training of respective quality tools modules before deployment to all stakeholdersÂ
Technical documentation of quality toolsÂ
Provide support of quality tools for all stakeholdersÂ
Resolution of TT submitted by users within SLAÂ
Tool maintenance and updatesÂ
Customized reportingÂ
Data analytics and trend analysisÂ
Task and reporting automationÂ
The successful candidate will work in a team environment; possess a Bachelor s degree Engineering, Computer Science or related field and experience in the following skills:Â
