About this role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Content & Social Media Intern to support our content strategy and social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires someone with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and digital trends - eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to building BabyMD’s brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of BabyMD's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn)
- Create monthly content calendars and share engaging posts, reel, live content independently.
- Drive audience engagement, monitor relevant metrics, and implement strategies to boost growth and interaction through multiple formats.
- Create strong social media personas for founders and doctors to create influencing content across social media platforms.
- Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM), ensuring prompt and professional responses to online inquiries and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to optimize social media strategies.
- Coordinate with agencies for influencer marketing
- Video creation - Shooting the videos, co-ordinating with content manager & graphic designer until the final output is out.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and brand storytelling
- Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends
- Bonus: SEO knowledge or video editing experience
- Performance marketing experience will be a bonus
