Sous Chef – Stunning Hotel - Main Kitchen
Sous Chef Salary Up to £34k inclusive of tronc.
This distinguished and elegant Hotel, situated in one of London's most iconic postcodes, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their well-established team. With a rich and prestigious history, this property is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to help manage the main kitchen operation; running the banqueting, room service, and bar dining facilities.
As Sous Chef you will aid in devising new menus with the Head Chef, you will oversee the H&S related matters within the Kitchen and manage a team of Chefs. We are looking for a natural team leader who will recruit, train and develop the brigade in achieving continued success. Ideally the sous chef will have some banqueting experience in their recent work history and a 5-star property.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, professional, and passionate, with exceptional culinary skills and management experience.
