We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Customer Offerings role to be based in Santa Clara, CA with consideration for Cincinnati, OH and Raritan, NJ. Role will require position to be onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.
 

Purpose:
 

The Sr Manager, Customer Offerings serves as the primary commercial point of contact for deal offerings including pay-per-use, leasing, and structured financing models. This role partners closely with Sales and Finance to create customer-centric offerings that improve execution and competitiveness, while supporting territory strategy and commercial planning.

You will be responsible for:

· Develop and manage OTTAVA deal offerings, including PPU, leasing, and alternative capital models.

· Support capital sales planning with territory insights, financial structures, and customer value analysis.

· Partner with Deal Strategy, Pricing Ops, and Finance to validate feasibility and profitability of offerings.

· Educate Sales and KAM on offering structures, approval requirements, and customer positioning.

· Track offering performance and market adoption; recommend innovations to enable growth.
 

Qualifications/Requirements:
 

· 7+ years in customer offerings, capital sales support, commercial finance, or pricing strategy.

· Strong financial modeling and customer-value analysis capability.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$142,000.00 - $244,950.00

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
