ANINE BING is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Montréal location.

As the Store Manager, you will be leading the store to achieve sales goals & profit with a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate leads with a creative approach, will develop and teach a profitable sales team, and grow personal client relationships for both in store and online sales.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure all customers receive an unforgettable experience while shopping in store .Lead and drive daily sales, team management and operation of the store.  
  • Oversee and manage interviewing, training and development of all new employees.  Responsible for continued education and development of existing team members. 
  • Responsible for store operations; set a plan to ensure daily operation expectations are achieved. Manage monthly store supply budget & ordering   
  • Consistent analysis of sales, store KPIs, team productivity & use other necessary business tools to take action in order to achieve store goals and maximize results 
  • Manage store operating schedule & budgeted schedule hours for store. Responsible for managing employee time request off and ensuring store is staffed to support business needs  
  • Responsible for leading & fostering a productive & positive work environment for employees.  Manage team punctuality and role responsibilities. Responsible for all employee relations or concerns in partnership with human resources.  
  • Collaborate with the HQ retail team to strategically plan local/community events for the store.  Be the community ambassador for your respective market,  build relationships with community partners, friends of the brand & plan seasonal partnerships or events.     
  • Provide timely, actionable feedback to retail HQ team regarding product feedback & store allocation to support sales opportunities 
  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your styling expertise. Ensure the sales team is trained and knowledgeable to successfully deliver exceptional selling experience  
  • Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the sales floor and stockroom.  Support visual merchandising standards and seasonal directives.  

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the luxury or advanced contemporary market
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, leader in creating and fostering customer relationships
  • Proactive and positive handling of customer concerns, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in managing and achieving sales goals, budgeting, and retail math
  • Strong coaching and performance management abilities with experience focusing on building and maintaining client relationships and teaching team members.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with a positive and engaging leadership style
  • Tech savviness and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)  
  • Must be Fluent in English and French

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) est un leader axé sur les personnes, passionné(e) par la création d'une expérience client de tout premier ordre. En tant que Directeur(trice) de magasin, vous dirigerez la boutique afin d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de rentabilité avec un esprit stratégique. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) fait preuve d'une approche créative, saura former et développer une équipe de vente performante, et cultivera des relations clients personnalisées pour les ventes en boutique comme en ligne.

Responsabilités

  • Travailler en Ă©troite collaboration avec l'Ă©quipe de vente afin que chaque client vive une expĂ©rience inoubliable en boutique. Diriger et stimuler les ventes quotidiennes, la gestion de l'Ă©quipe et les opĂ©rations du magasin.
  • Superviser et gĂ©rer les entrevues, la formation et le dĂ©veloppement de tous les nouveaux employĂ©s. Assurer la formation continue et le dĂ©veloppement des membres de l'Ă©quipe en poste.
  • ĂŠtre responsable des opĂ©rations du magasin; Ă©tablir un plan pour garantir l'atteinte des attentes opĂ©rationnelles quotidiennes. GĂ©rer le budget mensuel des fournitures du magasin et les commandes.
  • Analyser de façon constante les ventes, les indicateurs de performance (KPI) du magasin et la productivitĂ© de l'Ă©quipe, et utiliser tous les outils d'affaires nĂ©cessaires pour agir afin d'atteindre les objectifs du magasin et maximiser les rĂ©sultats.
  • GĂ©rer l'horaire d'exploitation du magasin et les heures prĂ©vues au budget. ĂŠtre responsable de la gestion des demandes de congĂ© des employĂ©s et veiller Ă  ce que le magasin dispose du personnel nĂ©cessaire pour rĂ©pondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
  • Diriger et favoriser un environnement de travail productif et positif pour les employĂ©s. GĂ©rer la ponctualitĂ© de l'Ă©quipe et les responsabilitĂ©s de chacun. ĂŠtre responsable de toutes les questions de relations avec les employĂ©s, en partenariat avec les ressources humaines.
  • Collaborer avec l'Ă©quipe de vente au dĂ©tail du siège social afin de planifier stratĂ©giquement des Ă©vĂ©nements locaux et communautaires pour le magasin. ĂŠtre l'ambassadeur(drice) communautaire de votre marchĂ©, bâtir des relations avec les partenaires de la communautĂ© et les amis de la marque, et planifier des partenariats ou Ă©vĂ©nements saisonniers.
  • Fournir en temps opportun des commentaires concrets Ă  l'Ă©quipe de vente au dĂ©tail du siège social concernant les produits et l'allocation des stocks afin de soutenir les opportunitĂ©s de vente.
  • Approfondir ses connaissances en mode et en produits afin de dĂ©velopper son expertise en stylisme. Veiller Ă  ce que l'Ă©quipe de vente soit formĂ©e et bien informĂ©e pour offrir une expĂ©rience de vente exceptionnelle.

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expĂ©rience en leadership dans le marchĂ© du luxe ou du contemporain haut de gamme
  • CompĂ©tences interpersonnelles et de service Ă  la clientèle exceptionnelles; leader dans la crĂ©ation et le dĂ©veloppement de relations avec la clientèle
  • Gestion proactive et positive des prĂ©occupations des clients, dĂ©montrant une approche centrĂ©e sur le client
  • MaĂ®trise de la gestion et de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente, de la budgĂ©tisation et des calculs commerciaux
  • Solides aptitudes en coaching et en gestion de la performance, avec une expĂ©rience axĂ©e sur le dĂ©veloppement et le maintien de relations clients ainsi que sur la formation des membres de l'Ă©quipe
  • Grande motivation, orientation vers les rĂ©sultats et capacitĂ© d'adaptation Ă  un environnement au rythme rapide, avec un style de leadership positif et engageant
