Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
- Παρέχει τεχνική υποστήριξη στους πελάτες.
- Καθοδηγεί τους πελάτες διεξοδικά για την αποκατάσταση βλαβών.
- Συνεργάζεται με άλλες τεχνικές και μη ομάδες για την επίλυση σύνθετων περιστατικών.
- Διαχειρίζεται και παρακολουθεί τη λειτουργία των εταιρικών συστημάτων.
- Αναλύει τα τεχνικά αιτήματα και παρέχει άμεσες και αποτελεσματικές λύσεις.
- Προβαίνει σε διάγνωση και επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων συνδεσιμότητας.
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Θετικής Κατεύθυνσης
- Έως 2 έτη προηγούμενης εργασιακής εμπειρίας
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών Office 365
