Requisitos
• Ingles conversacional (Obligatorio)
• Conocimientos básicos en Windows, redes (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) y correo.
• Experiencia en soporte/mesa de ayuda y manejo de tickets (ITIL o similar).
• Atención al usuario, comunicación clara y solución de incidencias siguiendo procedimientos.
• Familiaridad con troubleshooting, sistemas de acceso remoto y herramientas de diagnóstico.
• Nivel mínimo: técnico en informática/sistemas; certificaciones (A+ / CCNA) son un plus.
