LEARN Behavioral is currently seeking a licensed Psychologist, PhD or Psy.D, to lead a new autism evaluation team in Virginia.Â

Responsibilities
Some essential functions may include:Â
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and assessments with children and adolescents to determine the presence of various neurodevelopmental conditions, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other intellectual disabilitiesÂ
- Administering, scoring, and interpreting required developmental and psychological assessments measuresÂ
- Completing psychological reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentation in accordance with company practicesÂ
- Providing individual, family, and/or group therapyÂ
- Opportunities for supervision of staff and traineesÂ
- Maintaining state license, completing required continuing education, and staying current on literature around evidence-based practices and interventionsÂ

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Â
- Clinical experience diagnosing autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and communication disordersÂ
- Familiarity with the ADOS-2 assessment preferredÂ
- Comfortable with new diagnostic technologiesÂ
- Experience with toddlers preferredÂ
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not requiredÂ
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited universityÂ
- LLP or LP, licensed in the state of VirginiaÂ
- Ability to work cohesively with a team of other licensed cliniciansÂ
