CCS is currently seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to support large-scale deployment projects within our growing healthcare sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in building experience within the IT industry.
In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hourly Rate: $22/hour
What You’ll Do
- Generate team schedules and coordinate field service activities
- Create sign-off documentation and project closeout materials
- Provide project status reporting and updates
- Maintain and update service databases and asset management systems
- Create, manage, and close support tickets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage inbound support requests and ticket queues
- Provide coverage and support for team members as needed
- Assist with daily project operations and administrative tasks
What You Bring
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn technical concepts and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
