About this role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Territory Manager to take ownership of key markets across the UK & Ireland.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and actively increasing Wyma’s market share within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales activity across the assigned territory UK & Ireland
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for capital equipment projects
- Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities
- Create and execute a structured territory plan to drive revenue growth
- Manage CRM systems, sales pipeline, and customer database
- Work closely with dealers and agents within the region
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions
- Build strong customer relationships and convert them into long-term brand promoters
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, capital equipment, or project-based sales
- A motivated and results-driven sales professional with a strong commercial mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
- Proactive, self-driven approach with a strong focus on results and customer relationships
