Job Description
Responsibilities:
This role will assist with the implementation of the Learning Management System. The main function of this role will be to:Â
•Assist with User Acceptance Testing and Validation activities as needed.Â
•Assist with User Demonstration/support sessions as neededÂ
•Assist with system Change Requests as neededÂ
•Support migration activities which may include development of import spreadsheets, verification of data and post migration reviewsÂ
•Other activities related to implementing the LMS as assignedÂ
Qualifications:Â
•Previous Learning Management System Administration experience in a GxP environment preferred. Saba experience a plus.Â
•2-4 years working in a GMP environment (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality)Â
•Experience testing software including executing test documentation such as test plans and scripts a plusÂ
Experience training others (preferred)Â
Skills:Â
•Ability to accurately estimate work assignments and manage priorities to meet assignment deadlinesÂ
•Strong attention to detailÂ
•Excellent team work and collaboration skillsÂ
•Ability to effectively communicate the status of assignments and escalate issuesÂ
•Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
•Customer service and interpersonal skillsÂ
