Propósito del Puesto
Planificar, coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de transporte, asegurando un servicio de alta calidad para los jugadores, familiares y staff del torneo. Su función principal es garantizar que el servicio cuente con el mapeo adecuado de las locaciones, para realizar los traslados en el lugar y horario acordados. Para lograr esto, es indispensable mantener un monitoreo constante del servicio, lo que asegura el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos. Todo esto, manteniendo un enfoque firme en la puntualidad, el profesionalismo y la excelencia en el servicio.
Responsabilidades y Funciones Generales
Ejemplo:
- Planificar, verificar y coordinar las rutas de transporte para garantizar un servicio de calidad y eficiencia.
- Monitorear de manera continua el servicio prestado, asegurando su cumplimiento en tiempo y forma.
- Realizar el seguimiento de las solicitudes de servicio, manteniendo actualizada la información de los clientes.
- Garantizar que los operadores estén completamente informados sobre las rutas de pick-up y drop-off de los clientes.
- Atender y resolver incidencias de manera ágil, gestionando las reclamaciones relacionadas con el transporte de forma eficiente.
- Mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva con los clientes y las demás áreas de la empresa.
- Evaluar y optimizar los procesos de transporte, con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Gestionar y controlar los costos de transporte, buscando activamente oportunidades para lograr ahorros y mejorar la rentabilidad

Objetivo: Planificar, Mapear las rutas para que los conductores las conozcan y se familiaricen.

Objetivo: Habilidad para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones rápidas.
Prioridad: Media
- Tarea 3
Objetivo: Seguimiento para mantener actualizada la requisición del servicio, con el objetivo de tener las rutas actualizadas.
Prioridad: Alta
- Tarea 4
Objetivo: Monitoreo constante del manifiesto de llegadas, salidas y del Master.
Prioridad: Alta
