Transportation Operations and Data Analyst
Join our team and support the smooth execution of European transportation operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transportation operations (road and intermodal), including shipment planning, booking, and follow-up
- Monitor ongoing deliveries and handle delays, rescheduling, and other operational issues
- Act as a key contact point for transport-related questions and ensure clear communication with internal teams and carriers
- Maintain accurate data and documentation in systems, and support basic reporting activities
- Ensure timely updates and shipment visibility for stakeholders throughout the delivery process
- Support warehouse and 3PL operations by coordinating transport instructions and follow-up of inbound and outbound flows
- Handle ad-hoc transport requests and adjustments based on changing priorities
- Assist in identifying and flagging operational or data-related issues and support their resolution
What we are looking for:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Confident communication in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is an advantage
- Good Excel skills
