SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Utility Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, chinaware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas and for replenishing supplies with clean ware. Pay starts at $15/hour. We are hiring for 9:00AM-7:00PM and 3:00PM-12:00AM shift.Â

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
- Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLCÂ Â
- Clears all food and beverage outlets of dishes, flatware, and related items.Â
- Maintains the cleanliness of outlets and all kitchen equipment, chinaware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas.Â
- Replenishes supplies with clean ware.Â
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.Â
- Performs all duties in a safe and careful manner.Â
- Assists service Attendants as necessary.Â
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.Â
- Pick up mats from various outlets and transports to be cleaned and returned to the respective kitchens. Â
- Breaks down all kitchen equipment for cleaning using approved chemicals by the company.Â
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules and regulations.Â
- Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.Â
- Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.Â
- Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Â
- Must be 19 years or older.Â
- High school diploma. GED, or relevant experience.Â
- Previous customer service experience preferred.Â
- Ability to understand MSDS paperwork.Â
