About this role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse/Factory Worker to join our cosmetics manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the warehouse and factory, including handling raw materials, operating machinery, assembling and packaging products, and ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Operate production line equipment (e.g., filling machines, labelers, mixers) safely and efficiently.
- Assemble and package cosmetic products according to quality and production standards.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling, boxing, and palletizing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
- Follow batch production records and instructions to meet quality control guidelines.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors immediately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
